I know the anatomy in this couldn't exactly be called great, but I did 80% of this in school when I was supposed to be doing work, or listening to a lesson that was about as entertaining as watching paint dry. Never during art class, but in math when the teacher was pouring out crap about algebra or fractions or something equivalently useless that I just could not pay attention to, no matter how hard I tried. So obviously I had no references, and a limited array of art utensils. Like a one dollar pen from a corner store or something.

Using pen, as cheap and blotchy as it may be, is actually pretty fun. Fur is hard to do though. so very hard. Arrrrrg. >.<
